Answers about your M1C Membership

The #1 priority of Member1 Clinics is your improved health. If you have questions or need help with any health care needs, you are welcome to call us at 844.612.5464.

How do I become an M1C Member?

Individual M1C plans are not available at this time. To become a Member, you must be part of a group that offers an M1C program as a health benefit. If you’d like your company to consider adding the program, contact us at MemberCare@Member1Clinics.com and we’ll take care of the rest.

Can my family members also use M1C services?

Definitely, anyone who is covered on your health plan is eligible to use in-person visits and M1C 24/7 Virtual Care. Each family member will need to complete a separate New Member Registration before their first visit.

How do I make an appointment at an M1C Clinic?

You must be registered as an M1C Member first. You can do this by completing the New Member Registration Form. Once you are a registered Member, there are several ways you can make an appointment:

  • Call 844-612-5464 and our Member Care Team will schedule your appointment.
  • Schedule online. To do this, you will first need to log in here with your group name and your first and last names.
What Member benefits will I receive?

As an M1C Member, you enjoy benefits including:

  • Unlimited access to M1C “concierge-style” health care – both in-person and through M1C 24/7 Virtual Care.
  • You pay nothing for your care. No copays. No deductibles.
  • On-time appointments – you’ll be seen within 5 minutes of your scheduled appointment time (even if there are other people waiting).
  • The convenience of lab work and generic prescriptions performed on-site at no charge to you.
  • Priority scheduling both online, and by calling the M1C Member Care Team at 844.612.5464.
  • Educational health care resources available online or by calling.
What is “concierge-style” health care?

Basically, it’s red-carpet treatment, and it’s what you will receive at every M1C Clinic. There are clinic appointments reserved exclusively for our Members and their families. When you arrive at the clinic, you are seen within 5 minutes of your scheduled time (even if there are other people waiting). The M1C Member Care Team helps you schedule appointments, sends appointment reminders, and makes follow-up calls to make sure you’re getting the best treatment possible.

How often can I visit a clinic?

As often as you need to maintain the best possible health. There are no limits on appointments. And they are always free of charge for you and your family.

Can I request a specific clinic?

Yes. While we try to locate our clinics as close to our Members as possible, we understand you might want to visit a different clinic. Whether you’re scheduling your own appointment online, or calling our Member Care Team to schedule for you, you can always choose a specific clinic.

Can I keep my current doctor?

Of course. You should be comfortable with the people providing you care. Your membership with M1C is entirely voluntary. You can use the service as much or as little as you like.

What if I don't currently have a doctor?

Good news! We are ready, willing, and able to be your “family doctor.” And we can also refer you to trusted local specialists when you need more advanced treatment.

Can I bring lab orders from another doctor to my M1C Clinic?

Yes you can. And it’s likely to save you AND your organization money! Make an appointment at the M1C Clinic of your choice, and bring the lab orders with you. Receiving your lab work requires seeing an M1C provider. If you need to fast before the lab tests, please do. If you have questions, give us a call.

Can I walk in without an appointment?

We strongly encourage you to always make an appointment. If you walk in without an appointment, we can’t ensure that you can be seen and you might have to wait longer than usual. The best solution is to call us first – before you walk in – and we’ll try to get you seen. Another good alternative to walking in is to use M1C 24/7 Virtual Care – where you’ll be able to talk to a doctor in as little as 30 minutes.
